Eng. Norbert Semitala

Norbert is a distinguished Electrical Engineer specializing in Power Systems, with over 25 years of expertise. His academic background includes a BSc. and MSc. in Electrical Engineering and an MBA (Finance) from Makerere University, supplemented by a Postgraduate Diploma in Electric Power Distribution from NTNU, Norway.

His extensive career spans key roles at the Uganda Electricity Board and Norplan AS in both Oslo and Uganda. Notably, he served as the Director of Technical Regulation at the Electricity Regulatory Authority. Currently, Norbert is the Managing Director and Lead Consultant at NS Engineering Associates Ltd. Engineer Philip Francis Paul Ggayi 

Eng. Philip Francis Paul Ggayi is an accomplished Electrical Engineer and Associate Consultant with 21+ years of expertise. Holding an MSc from Curtin University and a BSc from Makerere, he specializes in renewable energy, power system analysis, and public-private partnerships. His technical background includes hydro-power commissioning, distribution management, and project finance. Having collaborated with the World Bank, JICA, and UNESCO, Eng. Ggayi is a key figure in advancing sustainable energy infrastructure and policy across East Africa and beyond.


Engineer Godfrey Kakeeto Ssalongo

Eng. Godfrey Kakeeto Ssalongo is a Registered Engineer and Associate Consultant with 21 years of expertise in Telecommunications. Holding a BSc from Kyambogo University, he specializes in fiber optic infrastructure, DWDM network planning, and transmission integration for major providers like MTN Uganda. A Six Sigma Green Belt, Godfrey’s technical versatility includes Cisco routing, Linux, and vendor certifications from Huawei, Ericsson, and NEC. With specialized training in Hydro Power and Norwegian HESQ standards, he is a premier expert in large-scale infrastructure integration.

Eve Balungi

Eve Balungi is a Registered Practicing Architect and Associate Senior Consultant with 19 years of expertise in architectural design and urban infrastructure. Holding a BSc from Makerere University and a PGD in Project Planning from UMI, she specializes as a B-9 Architect. Eve excels at bridging complex design with practical execution. Her career focuses on managing large-scale developments while ensuring structural integrity and regulatory compliance. Her dual expertise makes her a vital asset for complex physical infrastructure projects.


Paul Kalumba

Paul Kalumba is a Strategic Procurement Specialist and Chartered Management Consultant with 21 years of expertise. Holding an MBA and MSc from the University of South Wales, he is an expert in World Bank Procurement Frameworks and fiduciary risk. With a background at KPMG and PwC, Paul specializes in large-scale infrastructure and Public-Private Partnerships (CPPP). His dual mastery of project management and international procurement ensures transparency and efficiency for complex, multi-million dollar consultancy projects across diverse sectors.


Engineer Andrew Geno Omalla

Eng. Andrew Geno Omalla is a seasoned Electrical and Transmission Line Engineer with 22+ years of expertise in power infrastructure. Holding a BSc from Richmond’s University (UK), he specializes in transmission line planning, stringing management, and revenue protection. His background includes advanced training in Denmark and Germany, plus certifications in switching operations and project M&E. Proficient in MS Project and Google Earth, Andrew excels at navigating the technical and regulatory demands of large-scale energy projects through precise execution and oversight.


Engineer John Bukenya

Eng. John Bukenya is an accomplished Substation Engineer with 16+ years of experience in high-voltage systems and power plant reliability. Holding a BSc from Makerere University, he has trained at ABB Sweden and Eskom Academy. He specializes in substation automation, functional safety, and maintenance of critical assets like SF6 breakers. An expert in SCADA and smart grid integration, John focuses on improving plant availability through risk management and advanced safety criteria, contributing regularly to global hydropower symposia.


Engineer Emmanuel Okwi

Eng. Emmanuel Okwi is a result-oriented Electrical Engineer with over a decade of experience in Uganda’s energy and water sectors. Holding a BSc from Makerere University, he specializes in power distribution, grid intensification, and construction supervision. Emmanuel has led projects for ERA, UMEME, and REA, focusing on technical audits and market research. His work with international consultants like JICA highlights his expertise in infrastructure oversight, making him a versatile leader for complex energy and water consultancy assignments.


Alfred Tumusiime

Tumusiime Alfred is an Environmental Specialist with 15 years of experience in management and conservation. Holding an MSc and BSc from Makerere University, he is a NEMA-certified Environmental Impact Assessor and Auditor (Team Leader). He specializes in World Bank Environmental & Social Safeguards and SEA methodologies. With expertise in Oil and Gas and infrastructure, Alfred excels at leading multidisciplinary teams through environmental clearance and compliance, ensuring projects meet rigorous regulatory and international standards.
